Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellation Policy

At Rare Weaves Co, we take pride in the quality of our products. To ensure a smooth experience for both parties, please adhere to the following guidelines regarding your purchase.

1. Cancellation Policy

We aim to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible.

  • Timeframe: Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Dispatched Orders: Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.

  • How to Cancel: Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +91 8792754303 or email rareweavesco@gmail.com with your Order ID.

2. Mandatory Eligibility Criteria for Returns & Exchange

To protect against transit damage and discrepancies, we follow a strict eligibility protocol:

  • The Unboxing Video: You must record a continuous, unedited unboxing video. The video must show the shipping label clearly and the opening of the sealed package. Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be entertained.

  • 24-Hour Window: Any issues, damages, or requests must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp.

  • Product Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

3. Returns & Exchanges

  • Reverse Pickup: For your convenience, once your return or exchange request is approved (after video verification), we will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address.

  • Eligible Reasons: Only physical damage (tears/stains) or receiving the wrong design/style
  • Ineligible Reasons: 

    • Artisanal Variations (Ineligible for Exchange): Dyeing: Minor dye transfers, small ink specks, or slight color bleeding typical of hand-dyeing.

    • Altered Items: Sarees where the blouse piece has been cut or tassels have been added.
    • Condition: The saree must be in its original fold. Please do not return crumpled or poorly folded sarees, as this may lead to a rejection of the exchange.
  • Color Variance: Please note that slight color differences due to digital photography, studio lighting, or mobile/monitor screen settings are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.

4. How to Log a Request

  1. Contact Us: Send your Order ID and the mandatory unboxing video to rareweavesco@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 8792754303.

  2. Verification: Our team will review the footage within 2–3 business days.

  3. Pickup: Upon approval, we will initiate the reverse pickup. Please ensure the item is packed securely in its original packaging.

5. Refunds

  • Inspection: Refunds are processed only after the returned item reaches us and passes a quality check.

  • Processing: Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7- 10 business days.

  • Note: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
